- ½ cup tomato sauce ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar monk fruit sugar (keto)
- 1 tbsp mirin Japanese sweet wine
- 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ginger grated fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
