  • 1 mixing bowl


  • ½ cup tomato sauce ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar monk fruit sugar (keto)
  • 1 tbsp mirin Japanese sweet wine
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger grated fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
