Ingredients
- 1 cup Flat leaf parsley fresh
- 1 cup Basil fresh
- 1 cup Mint
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 6 fillets Anchovies
- 2 tsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 whole Lemon juiced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 grind Black Pepper
Instructions
- Put parsley, basil, mint, garlic, anchovies and capers into a food processor and process until finely chopped.1 cup Flat leaf parsley, 1 cup Basil, 1 cup Mint, 2 cloves Garlic, 6 fillets Anchovies, 2 tsp Capers
- Add olive oil a little at a time until a good consistency
- Add Lemon juice and Season with salt and pepper
- Let rest for five to ten minutes
- Serve with Roast lamb or Fish
