I borrowed this idea from the USA. Buffalo Wings is a classic All-American bar snack and very popular watching big sporting events on the screen. The World Series and Superbowl to name a couple. Essentially it is chicken wings baked or fried served with a sauce or dip.

"Kangaroos have just as many wings as Buffalo"

I wanted to create a similar dish with an Australian accent. So, I used logical thinking Laughing and figured that Kangaroos have just as many wings as Buffalo. There it was, Kangaroo Wings. As easy as the recipe itself. Not only simple to make but a real crowd pleaser!
