- 1 Bowl large non reactive
- 1 Barbeque grill
Ingredients
- 1 kilogram chicken thigh fillets
Marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce premium or light
- 2 tsp cumin ground
- 3 tbsp paprika smoked
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar raw or keto friendly
Instructions
Prepare
- Pre heat the BBQ grill plate on high
- Mix marinade together in a large non reactive bowl3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp cumin, 3 tbsp paprika, 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp sugar
- Cut thighs into strips 2 cm wide and place into marinade as you go1 kilogram chicken thigh fillets
- Mix well
Cook
- Place the marinated chicken onto the grill, in batches if needed
- Leave on one side for 5-6 minutes
- Turn and grill until cooked through, cut a slice to check if needed
- Rest for five minutes
Serve
- Serve with a green and or a potato salad
