  • 1 Bowl large non reactive
  • 1 Barbeque grill


  • 1 kilogram chicken thigh fillets


  • 3 tbsp soy sauce premium or light
  • 2 tsp cumin ground
  • 3 tbsp paprika smoked
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sugar raw or keto friendly



  • Pre heat the BBQ grill plate on high
  • Mix marinade together in a large non reactive bowl
    3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp cumin, 3 tbsp paprika, 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp sugar
  • Cut thighs into strips 2 cm wide and place into marinade as you go
    1 kilogram chicken thigh fillets
  • Mix well


  • Place the marinated chicken onto the grill, in batches if needed
  • Leave on one side for 5-6 minutes
  • Turn and grill until cooked through, cut a slice to check if needed
  • Rest for five minutes


  • Serve with a green and or a potato salad
