Cauliflower Rice
Five minutes to prepare Cauliflower Rice is a great substitute for rice, potatoes, cous cous or any carbohydrate. Not only is it low carb it is surprisingly tasty as well.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
Instructions
1. Use a food processor
- Cut / break cauliflower including stems into pieces.
- Pulse until the pieces are the size of cooked rice.
- Rinse and repeat
2. Cook (can be used raw)
- Oven.
- Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Spread on a tray covered with baking paper.
- Oven to 200C
- Cook for 15 mins turning at halfway.
- Microwave
- Place in a glass container.
- Cook on high for 4-5 minutes.
- Stovetop
- Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cook in a large frypan for 5 minutes stirring every now and then.
3. Serve
- In place of rice, cous cous or noodles.
