Ingredients
- 200 gram buffalo water buffalo fillet
- 100 gram blue cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the buffalo fillet dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper200 gram buffalo, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper
- On a low to medium, heat, cook the buffalo, turning regularly
- When the buffalo fillet has reached an internal temperature of 60C or 135F (Medium), remove from the heat and rest for five minutes covered with a sheet of foil
- Thinly slice the blue cheese to desired size (matching the size of the buffalo when sliced)100 gram blue cheese
- Plate up the sliced buffalo with blue cheese slices on top
